Graphic Boats

I don't normally do a lot of crazy things in Photoshop but sometimes an image lends itself to a particular effect. I learned the Graphic technique during the morning session of a seminar in San Francisco and this image of fishing boats at Fisherman's Wharf came to mind. During the lunch break I jumped on a cable car to the Wharf, captured the image, and let Photoshop work it's magic.
